740 Turbo no start 700 1987

760 b230ft runs intermittently. The injectors seem to be the missing link. No pulse to injectors when it is not running. When it does run, unplugging the radio suppression relay will cause it to stall, so I assume that part is good. Both fuel pumps run. Are the main fuel pump terminals interchangeable? Can a bad fuel pump relay cause the injectors not to fire? I am blaming the wiring harness, which is in obvious need of replacement, for the no-start situation, but could it be a bad injector grounds (are these the brown wires above the intake manifold?)? If it is bad wiring in the harness, can new wires be run to temporary overcome internal harness deterioration? When the car runs, it runs strong and my fuel injection light shows that the injectors are pulsing just fine.

Thanks for the help,

Hob
