Window wipe problems

I converted my 88 244 to power windows in July. They have been working great, Knock on wood. However, I'm having a problem with the driver sides window wiper on the inside being pulled down as I put the window down. Is there a known fix for this. When I did the conversion, I used the door panels from the 89 244 doner car. They should fit the same, so I'm confused. Any ideas? Thanks and happy bricking.
