Oil 120-130

Hi.
Tne B18 engine of my 121 was rebuilt one year ago. On the factory they put SAE 30-50W oil. I feel the engine have a bit more resistance at start (and the oil pressure gauge- I rigged one - take 5-10 minutes to goes under 80 psi).
I live on a medium to hot temperature enviromente (between 15 C and 35 C - 59 F to 95 F), very humid (80 to 100% relative humidity ). ¿How good is SAE 20-40W on comparision with 30-50W on my enviroment?. ¿and SAE 40? Just on few weeks i will change oil and want to use the more adequate to the old lady.
Thanks in advance for your kindly answers.
