ac condensation 200

I have a 92 240 with the ac converted to 134a by the p.o., the problem is heavy condensation on one of the lines to the evaporator inside the car. It has so much that it looks as if a glass of water has been spilled into the plastic floor tray.
The drain line is not clogged, I had the system ckd for the correct amount of 134; the tech suggested rewrapping the line with ac dumdum which I did; still drips. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
