Hood Won't Open 700

I am trying to open the hood on my 740 turbo wagon and it wont budge. I pull the release lever, use my fingers to pop un the right side of the hood, it goes up, then i open the latch, it unhooks, but the left side of the hood will not go up! how can i remedy my problem? i need to know asap so i can sell it! haha, i have someone coming to look at it and i cant open the hood! not good at all! any help will be greatly appreciated!
