I agree $1000 maybe as is. Anything that runs is worth $500 here in New England. You might get a little more if you fix the AMM and the leak. OTH - It might not be worthwhile. Do it only if you can get a return on your money.

If you're up for it, maybe a few DIY repairs make sense. Used AMM's can be had for as little as $50 and installed yourself. Where is the tranny leak? If it is leaking out of the pan, you might only need to tighten your tranny pan bolts, cost $0.
