Things noticed since getting my car back in time. S90-V90

Im really happy to hear everything worked out as planned. Its interesting how some people are completely scared of doing the timing belt change themselves. But after doing the timing belt on my Dodge Neon, the 960 was a piece of cake. There is something really unholy about a sideways engine.
As for the flame trap I just disconnected it from the intake. I attached a fuel filter to where the flame trap used to be and from there I ran a hose to underneath the car just behind the driver seat. I know I know but I've seen it done so many times on motorcycles that I know it doesn't affect anything. Just keeps the throttle body and intake cleaner.
Nice intake modification. I did something similar if a little more extreme. Did you disconnect your hot air intake flap at the bottom of the air box? One side effect of the ram air intake is your aur filter gets dirty much faster. Now I just run it at 90 degrees to the oncoming air. Its only slightly less effective than the ram air setup I had before and the air filter stays cleaner longer. Another thing you can easily do is remove the 2 screens before and after the AMM sensor. You will notice a difference in throttle response. Contrary to popular belief, there are no negative side afflicts to not having the screens. I have had mine out for 15k miles.
