type of oil for 122 with overdrive? 120-130

What type of lubricant is recommended for a volvo transmission with overdrive?
I think it is an M41.

I found some info that says 30 weight oil ,other info says ATF

I just drained mine. it looks like oil not ATF I am thinking it should be 30 weight oil (not wd 30 but 30 weight) ??

non overdrive cars use something thicker. this is a fairly high milage unit.
