How should I park my brick?

The damaged transmission with bumper taps is a thing where the tranny is
absolutely locked ("Park" position in an auto tranny) and MOST unlikely
with a regular manual box.
To me the ideal parking on a hill is with the tire turned into a curb, in
reverse, and with the emergency brake pulled up tight. The only time it should
make any difference on the oil is if you are VERY low on oil and you are parked
on a VERY steep downgrade so little is left in the sump bottom where the oil pump pickup is.
