ENGINE NOISE S90-V90

1998 S90 132K

Has anyone experienced this problem? When I start the car (cold start) the engine makes a screeching noise like a belt is slipping. After about ten minutes it goes away. I have checked the serpentine belt and all looks good. I can't seem to isolate the noise. I am not a mechanic, but do attempt simple remove and replace type maintenance. I want to have a good idea of what I am dealing with before I take it in. Can any of you experienced folks venture an educated guess? Thanks!
