project car advice 200 1983

Hey, Im still pretty new here, and was just curious to see what some of you think about a project car Im thinking of getting. It's supposidly (I havent seen it in person yet) a 1983 242 flathood (it has nothing to make me think it isnt a real one, fits the profile; black, sunroof, turbo, flathood, but I have no way of knowing I just like the 242s) it has the flat hood, and virgo wheels, but no engine, tranny or driveshaft, exhaust, and dash. Yeah, lots of stuff missing, but I have an 83 parts car I can take the dash, radiator, and a good part of the interior from, and I have a turbo and intercooler stilling in my garage, but that stills leaves the engine and tranny and and misc. parts I need to get from the junkyard. The car is 160 dollars so Ill probly pick it up anyways but, is it worth my while to look for a b21ft and m46 combo to swap in, or...?
