A similar noise under similar circumstances turned out to be the serpentine belt 'idler' pulley. Buy a cheap mechanic's stethoscope at any auto parts store. I was able to isolate the morning startup screech to that particular pulley. It may different in your case. DOn't ignore it, it may be a one of the T-belt pulleys.
