Rear bushing install 200

I just orderd the 10 piece bushing kit from IPD because I can't get my car aligned. I've seen plenty of info on the aft rear trailing arm bushings and the tool(s) reqired, but what about the other two trailing arm bushings? I'm also doing the panhard and track rods.
I have the Bentley manual and noted the references to all the special tools. Are there any homemade tools like the one for the aft rear trailing arm bushings, or can I just manhandle them?
