IGNITION MODULE 900 1993

Hi-

I'm going to vote for the fuel pump. I had the same issues with my 91 740 (rex/regina) with 150k. I had trouble diagnosing the problem because I could hear the pump running in the tank. If the pump is running, that's not the problem, right? Wrong. Finally had to take it to my mech, he diagnosed the incredibly low output from the pump (wouldn't even register on the meter), replaced the pump and the car runs like new.

I'd check your pump(s) output before anything else. The low output was triggering codes on the OBD all of which have gone away now.

Don't do what I did: fix all the stuff I could do myself first.

Good luck!
