Quick help: missing 1 5/16" banjo bolt washer 700

I found my oil leak, and it's my fault- I lost the oil cooler adapter to block banjo bolt washer- the bolt with the app. 1 5/16" head. I hope I got the name right. I hope I can get one from the hardware store, so does anyone know the size and composition? I would guess it's aluminum. is there anything else I could do to stop the leak, silicon sealer, etc.?
