Wind Noise 200 1992

This car is a new addition to the family. There is a very strong wind noise coming from the dash area at any speed above about 20 mph. I have identified a minor water leak on the passenger side, but this could not be significant enough to create the roar I am experiencing. Have done much duct tape testing. Problem is I cannot really pinpoint the area other than to say below windscreen. Car has sunroof, well sealed. No apparent windscreen leaks. Ventilation system related?
Or perhaps a broken body seal someplace?
