a little info on... wheel bearings 200

Gentlemen,

My current resto. project involves rotors, pads, & wheel bearings for the front of my 1990 240... so I need to know a couple of things:

1) What size crow's foot do I need for break lines at the caliper?

2) Am I correct to note that the front bearings, on the spindle, come loose when I remove the cotter pin and lock nut... so I appears that I will need a drift to get the rears out of the spindle backside? Any complications I should know about... befor the attempting this project?

3) Do you guys also use the old race to install the new one?

4) Recomendation(s) on grease brands?

I have a Bently's, already looked through the appropriate section, and experience with this type of thing on old Chevy's. Is the process similar for my 240? A list of necessary tools would be helpful so that I can be prepared with what I need to buy versus what I have.

Any help will be appreciated!!!

Thanks, Jon
