buzzing sound in dash S90-V90

Hello,

Sorry if this is a double post. I'm a clutz with computers. What could cause a buzzing sound from behind my gage cluster? It only happens at speeds above 70mph. It's a 95 Volvo 960. Also, at the same time I get a rattel that seems to be coming from deep inside the dash. I hope it is not the engine or the trans. Please help.
