disengaging/ removing the headlamp wipers S90-V90

Just got me a 1997 960 sedan, 103K...I never cared much for headlamp wipers on any vehicle, and these got 'em! The passenger unit is out- shot, the arm is pinned agianst the bumber (and with a paint chip/scratch resulting); the drivers unit is stuck on, runs as soon as I engage the key on its motor runs, although the wiper arm does not move...

Car did not come with an owners manual, and I have yet to get one and or a good tech book to figure out how toturn them off or to determine which fuse to pull, if that would work.
And how would I go about removing these????

Many thanks- Mike!
