some additions here...the electronic ignition system is unique to the 75 164 only. Also, the dash and console are from the 140's except that the intrument panels are similar to the 240s. The reason why I say similar is because the printed circuit boards are not the same and some of the lights will not work if interchanged. Speedometer (with the same ratios) and tach are the same, I did a switch between models before and works well. The tailights may or may not be the same. If it is a cluster of 4 lenses, its the same as a 73 144 up to a 78/79 244. If it has a 6 lense cluster, its the same as a 264 up to 78/79 only. The front and rear seat headrest are from the 244s and here's the kicker...the front bumbers are from the 144s while the rear is from the 244s!
