SU linkage return springs 120-130

I changed my lonely Stromberg for a set of SUs. I put the linkage pieces together but I can't find a convenient place to anchor the motor end of the throttle return springs. The gas pedal itself has some return but obviously I need return springs for the carburetors as well. Is the conventional setup one or two springs? If one, the front or rear carb? Where is the inboard (engine) end usually attached and what is a good source for an appropriate size/power spring?

Many thanks.
Kai S.
