1991 240 - damp starting/running problem 200

My daughter's 91 Brick has trouble staying running when morning dampness is prevalent. I know about the usual suspects of plug wires, cap, rotor, etc, but are there any other "Volvo unique" underdash electronics which could be prime suspects? I have only owned the Brick since March 04, and it has generally started & run flawlessly in the hot/humid weather here in NC. However the fall cool&damp&rainey season is taking over now.

FWIW, the car starts hard, stumbles a good bit for the warmup (i.e. 10 minutes) and then runs OK. Post-warmup she drove to school with no issues.

Please advise, and thanks in advance.
