Caliper removal and reassemby on 95 945 900

I did buy the rebuilt caliper from FCP rather than buy the piston boot replacement. The question I have is when I hook the threaded male break line into the female threads on the caliper, should I use some antisieze compund on the male threads?? Also I guess I need to discoonect the brake linein two places, at the caliper junction and also further upstream under the wheel well, other wise the brake line will wrap on itself like a phone cord. How do I disconnect the junction further upstream under the wheel well. There is a clip through which passes the ABS sensor wire and the brake line. I cant see a brake connector there. Is is under the clip?? JOHN
