My wife came home Tuesday with a 96/965/wagon,the car has a skip at idle.
I pulled the plugs on it they were dirty so I cleaned them did a compression check on the car. Compression showed that at 5 cranks with gas peddle half opened. I had 210psi on all cyl.?? Is this to high. The car has 144,000mls on it.The coil harrness was in need of repair I fixed that,no wires broke but the covers for the wires were shot. One thing that I noted was that I saw was that the very back plug was very wet when pulled.The coil pack on that cyl is firing and the plug is also. Does this sound like a bad injector are what else could it be.My family is all Volvo and I have to get this fixed for her.Click on my URL and you'll see.She kill this guy on this car because the repair shop want a fortune to fix it and he want to sell it for something else. The car is perfect,Red, leather Tan int.loaded Need some help people let me know.
