245 stalls- strange code 200

Our 245 stalls about 15 seconds (more or less) after starting it. Sometimes it flat out stalls other times and other times it will sputter a little bit before stalling.
I checked the diagnostic codes and the fuel system was fine. When I checked the ignition system though the LED flashed continually. The only code I could get on the ignition system was for the throttle switich, which was fine.
Has anyone else ever experienced the continually flashing diagnostic light and/or know what it means?
