145 License Plate bracket-HELP! 140-160 1974

Hey I think it should be the same on a 74 as it was on a 73 so here are some pictures I took. I put some double sided foam tape behind the brackets just to keep them from wobbling around, not the best thing for the paint, but oh well =D
I apologize for the blurriness it's backed all the way up in my garage and I didn't feel ike snagging the tripod.







As you can see the main brackets are just screwed right into the tailgate. Mine used some heavy machine screws, it's possible there was a bolt on there originally but they hold fast either way.
