Vibration in the steering 200

I have this vibration or shimmy in the front end. I get it a little going straight on the highway, but it is most noticable on turns above 80km. The steering wheel shakes back and forth. Its not a vibration like you get with an unbalanced rim/tire. I have had different rims/tires on the front and the problem stays the same.
The car has:
new tires
new calipers/rotors/pads/brake lines
recent outer tie rods
recent ball joints
recent alignment(when the tie rods were done)
recent struts (boge or KYBs not sure which but not junk like Monroe)

I have not changed the control arm bushings, but I have driven cars with blown out control arm bushings and never had a vibration like this. On inspection the bushings appear to be ok anyway. The car drives straight , the steering is tight and responsive(very little play), and the tires are wearing evenly. No clunks or rattles. The car has turbo sway bars jammed into the stock bushings, but they have been on for 3 years and this problem started recently.

Any ideas. What am I missing?
