Yes, I'm outside the US (Netherlands).
Re the dizzy, you may want to consider mounting an electronic "123ignition", which is a complete new distributor, ready to mount. It contains a microprocessor controlled device, that replaces all the mechanical parts of the conventional system, like points, cam, and centrifugal weights.
Initially designed for Citroens, but now available for Volvo B18/B20 engines as well. See www.123ignition.nl for more details. Unfortunately that site has not been updated for some time, but it's in English. You can view the Volvo part on the Swedish site www.123ignition.se
I heard reports from satisfied users, who fitted this to their original B18 or B20, so I bought a 123ignition for my B20F (with 2 SU's) that has a B20A distributor mounted. Unfortunately this was no succes, so I returned it, but I was told a new version with variable settings was about to become available.
As this was several months ago, it should be available by now.
