Dash Mount Kit for Aftermarket CD 900 1995

Well after none of the local shops could help me, I finally bit the bullet and went with Crutchfield. The kit works and was easy to install, actually it was probably the easiest removal/install I have ever done. However, the one thing I don't like is that it is not flush with the dash. Because of the slope of the dish the kit sticks out a good 1/2 in to 1 in. But since nobody else had one, and I spent the money, I am stuck with it now.
