Check Engine Light / No ODB reading 200

Hello -

I have a 92 240, B230F engine, and the "check engine light" is on.
I just had the throttle body cleaned, timing belt+tensioner replaced, new thermostat and an oil change.
The car is running great, maybe a little rough idling/cold start up, but not really outside the ordinary.
I tried to check the computer but I'm not getting any response from the LED (no light at all).
Any suggestions wouuld be greatly appreciated.
