Volvo 740 power steering belt help 700

88 Volvo 744Ti

Why do the 10 minute jobs always take 2 hours?
I decided to replace my belts today and things were going great until I snapped the adjustment screw on the power steering mount. Great.

The problem appears to be that the pump is frozen in its current position. I loosened the one bolt that attaches to the arm and then started adjusting the set screw when it broke. I tried pulling, pushing, and pleading with the pump to become unfrozen but I had no luck. I cannot seem to find another bolt that could be holding it in place.

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks!
