Check Engine Light / No ODB reading 200

I have a similar problem after having just a little rougher starting after blowing out a fuse for my someday new radio....(switching cd/radios can be a pain in volvos..). And a hole in my muffler?

anyway my local Volvo mechanic says if my car is running well enough and the check engine light is on it's most likely the Oxygen Sensor is wearing out. It's on the side of our exhaust manifolds...I have an older junker that I'll pull one out of to see if I can switch it...otherwise they're a bit expensive... 60 to 90 dollar range.
