These carbs may be "rebuilt by one of the best", but if they have not previously run this engine, their adjustment, especially the choke (forget stating without it, if it's under 50 deg.) is an unknown... so I suggest that if your ignition is REALLY right, you're not getting fuel...just pour a thimble's worth into each carb and try to start. If it runs momentarilly, then sputters to a stop, your on your way to having found the problem...
