A new 245 owner! 200

After owning a 745 turbo with a "few" mods I was just given a `91 245 with a M47 with 175k miles.
The previous owner was quoted $980.00 to have the clutch replaced and instead she and her husband handed the title to me after offering it for free on craig's list in nyc.

So, after removing the clutch and pressure plate it seems the shop in ohio where replaced the clutch 13 months ago installed washers so that the pressure plate and clutch wouldn't be flush against each other!!! I'll search for the receipt bc the clutch came with a 12 month warranty... ain't that a biach!

So, she'll need a good 5 washes and cleanings but she should be betta.
I checked for any error codes and 2 continued to come up on port #2
the first code was 2-1-2 = signal missing/faulty from oxygen sensor... would this cause a difficult starting issue? What injector cleaners are best? I use techron in my 745t does same apply for a na car?
The error code was 1-3-2 = Battery voltage too low/high... could this be a alternator issue?

Okay sorry about the length but this is what I have planned for my new aqusition

1) new oil, air filter
2) New water pump/timing belt
3) cleaning of the throttle body and a new gasket
4) New plugs, wires, cap and rotor

Thanks in advance I appreciate any and all suggestions!
