alternator wiring

your engine harness is breaking down. look at the firewall connector. there's a red wire, among others, that is the 1 your're looking for. replacing the 1 red wire with another will help the altermator but there are other problems unseen. think about getting a new harness now so you don't get suprised when other things crop up. good luck, chuck.
