Get rid of 'em, or at least the offending one. You'll probably find that you'll be getting rid of them one by one as the each start to rattle.

You can try prying or cutting them off in just about whatever manner you have at your disposal. Just try not to bang on them too hard or you might create an exhaust leak and have to replace a gasket or two.
