A VIN check would yield your answer. 200 1986

The Canadian cars all had the combined HVAC controls (no rotary knobs). Similarly the B21A was the last carb'd engine that found its way into Canada. The last of the B21As were imported in 1984. The car is most likely a European market car. There's probably a sticker under the hood somewhere that explains what market the car was intended for.
