The rear tank is blocked off by a divider so no access to the fluid for sucking.

It could be that the MC rear chamber walls are coated with the black slime making the fluid look dirty. I pulled my MC and cleaned it before doing the bleed. If the level of the rear chamber dropped during bleeding then the fluid was replaced.
