760T- Brake Lights always on. 700

My brake lights are not workding - all other light seem to work fine as do the and when the car's lights are on at night it seems like my brake lights are also on but all the time. Nothing happens when I brake during the day or night.

The interiour lights that control the shifter and some of the lower dash instruments are also not on - these may be on the same circute fuse #4. The fuse checks out but I have no tested the brake switch or anything else.

Has anyone had a similar problem?
