Heater blower S90-V90

The bulb can be changed from the back but the amount of work is not trivial. The bottom panel and the knee guard come out first. Then the set of relays on a bracket at the left side of the steering column. Single bolt holds the bracket's bottom end while the upper end of a "tab" fits in a "slot".

With these out of the way you can just put two fingers on the bulb which is on top of the module. A small 8 mm open end wrench will help turn the bulb holder counterclockwise 90 degrees so you can use your two fingers to lift it out. Installation is the reverse.
