Shock mount is ripping out 120-130

Sorry to be monopolizing this forum but I am excited to get my new car in good shape.

I have noticed some sqeaking and thuds coming from the back while driving, seemed like it was coming from the trunk area. I looked at the bushings I could see under the car and they seem to be new. But then I peeled back the vinyl and carpet in the trunk and HORROR!!!!

The shock mount is just ripping out. I guess because of all the pressure and it going back and forth, it keeps tearing. What do I do now? Who has had a similar experience? Can I even drive the car?

Hopefully you have some experience on this matter. I appreciate your help!
