Shock mount is ripping out 120-130

Yep: visit a welder. If they can't see that it's a shock mount and thus, load bearing, explain that to them. I had them rip through on a '63 I used to own and the fellow who repaired them first welded the torn metal edges back together, then formed a plate which he welded to the underside, then welded a large washer onto the top. Big weld sandwich.

I would only drive the car as far as the welder's shop in that condition, and I'd take the smooth route.
