240 wagon vs. lumber

I regularly haul lumber in my 93 245. Remove the passenger side rear seat head rest. Put a floor mat over the rear seat where the head rest was. Lay back the passenger side seat. Slide the lumber over the rear seat and into the foot well of the front passenger seat. It will rest it on the mat on the rear seat. This is good for 8' lengths. I've also hauled longer, but you have to lay it in crosswise.
