crazy electrical problems 700 1987

Oh yes, sounds somewhat formiliar. I checked every where when I had this problem, grounds, harness,etc. For me it ended up being a small circiut board behind my instrument cluster panel. For what it is worth you might want to check yours out. Make sure there are no breaks or burnt out areas.
