Volvo electronic ignition module numbers 120-130

I've got an electronic ignition system from 75 B20 with the following parts:
module number is 0 227 100 005 and distributor is 0 237 002 003. This is a vacuum advance dizzy.
I subsequently found a barely used module as backup 0 227 100 018.

My question is can I use either module? This is going into a B20 with E head and carbs/ D cam.

Timing specs for this setup would be...?

Which distribtor cap /rotar is correct?

Do I just plug the vacuum advance diaphragm pipe on the dizzy, or what?
