transplant of front passenger seat from a two door ( 242 ) model into a 245 200

Would it help to transplant the front seat from a wrecked 242 in a 245 wagon in order to improve its versatiliy in transporting long loads. In some recent models such as the PT cruiser the backrest ot the passenger seat in the front can fold forward to improve the capacity to carry long loads such as a stepladder ladder.I have not been in a 242 for years but I was wondering if it would be worth the trouble to swap front seats for that purpose.

Also, what price can I expect to pay in a recycling yard for a used seat with and without the heating paraphernalia?
