What cam should I get? 140-160

I believe your car is in Malaysia now right?
Volvo cams are quite cheap in Thailand... I got an oem D-cam for 45us and the oem "hollow" lifters for 2.5us each. Quite a cheap deal. They also have a whole Volvo set, comes in a big nice box, includes- cam, lifter, assembly lube, and cam gear... also cheap.

My car used to have a A cam, but was fitted twin-carb. So I replaced it later on with a C cam and the engine felt much nicer. Now I have a D cam, still has the same torque of the C-cam, but seems to pull happier than the C-cam in the upper RPMs.
BTW, I have a 122 with a single-carb and C-cam, the engine doesn't seem too happy with it, the revs come slow.
