Where to buy chrome lugs for turbo virgos; how to keep center caps on?? 200 1989

The little center Volvo caps on my turbo wheels have broken prongs, so they won't stay tight. Has anyone been sucessful in refurbishing these caps? I've still got the prongs...but was wondering what type of glue?? Maybe someone has been successful supergluing the the caps onto the wheels? Also, where do I get nice chrome lugs? Autozone? Or do I have to buy from Volvo? Thanks,
