B21 head on B23 block? Desperate! 200

I have an 81 240 DL non-turbo with a thrown rod. The head is good.

Accidentally got an 83 B23F with low miles. No return. Because the 83 is EFI and the 81 is CFI, I want to use this engine's bottom end with the old head.

BUT--The triple pulley on the crank is a problem; the B21 has a split AC pulley with shims for adjustment, while the B23 has a solid triple pulley. Because the compressor is fixed, I need to use the pulley from the B21. Will this pulley bolt up to the B23 crank?

Also, I assume there is a gear for a distributor under the freeze plug on the B23. Is this a bad assumption?

Thanks for any info.
