what's that buzz?? 900

>Is there anyone else with a 940T that knows where the blade fuse or what the weak spots arefor the fuel pump/injector relay?

Hmmm. I was thinking you'd be deluged by knowledgable responses. Maybe all the experienced ones are out driving their T's today.

Actually, I don't think this part of the circuit is specific to the turbocharged 940, or even the 900 series. I believe it may be the same throughout 700/900 Volvos with Bosch in B230 motors. I guessed someone would suggest looking carefully at the connectors in the relay socket panel for signs of heating, burning or looseness, as alluded to in 700/900 FAQs on relays, etc .

But there may be other points of interest too, if you've had a history of trouble with this relay. And I would be the last person to suggest a new part, especially an injection relay, was good just because it is young. In fact, because of the known problem with the solder joints internally, I've claimed resoldered relays are more reliable than new.

I think I'd pull that fuse/relay panel and examine it, but I cannot firmly recommend that to someone else without personal experience. There's only one 940 in our fleet and I've yet to do more than just resolder the fuel injection relay as a preventive measure when it was first acquired.

Someone will pipe up soon, I'm sure.
